Installation

bin/znuny.Console.pl Admin::Package::Install /path/to/InBox\ DynamicFieldCC-7.0.1.opm

Enable Fields

When installing the Addon, the EmailsCC field will be created. And you can add it to screens, like the example in the config below:

Note: If it is not created automatically, create it with the name EmailsCC

Configuration

In order for the ticket creation notification to be sent, it is necessary to create a notification configuration

It is necessary to use the TicketCreate event and add in the email address the config <OTRS_TICKET_DynamicField_EmailsCC>
